The Kernville Chamber of Commerce proudly presents the Kernville Stampede Rodeo! Join us on Saturday, October 17th, 2026, at the John E. McNally Arena for an unforgettable evening.

This is more than a rodeo—it’s a full evening of community fun. Bring the whole family, meet up with friends, shop local, and settle in for a night of western heritage and high-energy entertainment.

Spectator tickets and contestant registration are available now. Competitors interested in bull riding, barrel racing, breakaway roping, or mutton busting should review the requirements and sign up early!

Does it cost anything to attend?

Yes, spectator tickets are required for entry. You can purchase your tickets online using the links provided or at the gate on the day of the event.

Is it family friendly?

Absolutely! The rodeo is a great family event and even features 'Mutton Busting' specifically for the kids to participate in.

Where is the festival located?

The rodeo is held at the John E. McNally Arena. Gates will open at 5:00 PM, so arrive early to find your seats, grab some food, and enjoy the vendors!

What should I bring?

Bring your western spirit, a jacket for the evening weather under the arena lights, and cash or card for our local food and merchandise vendors.

Can I bring my dog?

Friendly, leashed dogs are generally welcome in most outdoor Kernville spaces, but please be respectful of other guests and check for any posted rules or updates closer to the event.
